Assistant Operations Manager ($15-$17/hr depending on experience + catering tips)

A good position if you are interested in being a GM in the future

Assists the Operations Manager with:

• All inventory (excluding catering & bar)
• Ordering (excluding bar)
• Receiving deliveries
• Gathering invoices/passing out CODs
• Organization of storage & inventory, including linens
• Vendor Relations
• Errands (Food Lion, Sam’s, RD, bank for change, Hardware)
• Opening the building for the day
• Catering facilitator: 
  • Prints detail sheet & placards if Olivia is unavailable
  • Pulls pans and makes sure everyone knows their tasks, has what they need
  • Supervises catering ordering needs
  • Delivers catering

Bartender ($12-$15/hr depending on experience + tips)

• Set up bar and cooperate with cashier to set up dining room
• Provide full service at the bar
  • Taking food orders
  • Serving drinks (beer, wine, mixed drinks)
  • Maintaining bar cleanliness
• Assist with food expo and running food to tables
• Bar/Dining Room Maintenance
  • Ice
  • C02 tanks
  • Fruit/garnishes
  • Kegorator maintenance
  • Keep tables, chairs/booths, floors clean (with busser assistance)

Grill Cook ($12-$15/hr depending on experience + tips)

• Keep line stocked
  • Heat beans, rice, meats, veggies for line
  • Stock lettuce, tomatoes, guac, sc, salsa, cheese on line
• Opening the line
• Make menu items requiring grill
  • Warming tortillas
  • Quesadillas
  • Fish
  • Specials
  • Brunch items (eggs, hash, pancakes etc.)
  • Taking food orders
• Assist with preparing catering orders
• Making items as we run out:
  • Guacamole
  • Queso
  • Frying chips
• Clean grill area, assist with cleaning kitchen, including hood filters, mats, floors, and assisting dishwasher.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety. No cross contamination.

Prep Cook ($12-$15/hr depending on experience + tips)

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety. No cross contamination.
• Opening the line (Prep and stocking of all food items for the line)
• Follow recipes for all menu items
  • Poultry
  • Meats
  • Seafood
  • Marinades
  • Salsas
  • Guacamole
  • Veggies
  • Specials
  • Sauces
  • Soups
• Assist with preparing catering orders
• Requires excellent knife skills
• Requires a very high level of detail orientation
• Requires a high standard of sanitation

Busser (entry level position) ($12/hr + tips)

• Dining room & patio maintenance
  • Keeps dining room clean
  • Keeps patio clean
  • Keeps patio bus station clean
  • Runs bus bins from patio & dining room to dish pit
  • Changes out patio trash when needed
  • Changes out trash & recycling when needed
  • Busses tables when needed
  • Cleans ALL tables ASAP
  • Maintains chairs/booths/floor cleanliness
